Kojima’s, located in beautiful Upcountry Maui, is known for their authentic and delicious sushi! Kojima’s is located in a Pukalani, Hawaii. Its small, intimate, and something you don’t want to miss out on. The current restaurant hours are Monday – Thursday 4:30pm – 9:00pm and Friday/Saturday 4:30pm-9:30pm.
Kojima’s offers a wide selection of sushi options as well as entrees for dinner. The Red Dragon roll is to die for. Its a spicy tuna roll topped with fresh ahi avocado, a variety of tobiko and special sauce. Its freshly made right in front of you, you can view the counter from most parts of the restaurant. We also love the Crunchy Spicy Tuna. Its a tempura style large roll, nori on the outside, spicy tuna and special sauce on the inside. You absolutely can’t go wrong with the Rainbow Roll. California roll topped with ahi, hamachi, salmon, snapper, tobika and special sauce.
The chicken katsu meal is perfect if you have any non sushi fans with you! The Salmon Teriyaki or the Miso Butterfish is just as delicious as all of the sushi. You will find over the top tempura and salads on the menu as well. Everyone who comes to Kojima’s leaves happy, full, and ready for their next trip back.
Kojima’s does not serve alcohol, but they do offer a BYOB policy. You are more than welcome to bring your own Beer, Wine, or Sake.
